We would also like to share (for gain) such data with the Homzhub or its affiliates and subsidiaries in the city you are staying or visiting, and with selected third party entities, so that they may send you information, news updates, special events, offers and promotions as regards their products and services, including travel, transportation, retail, food and beverage, hotel accommodation, credit cards, financial and investment services, real estate, entertainment, publications, fashion and jewellery, leisure and sports, health and wellness, non-profit and charitable activities, telecommunications, social networking, media and public relations, but we will not use your personal data for direct marketing without your consent.
You may opt-out from receiving marketing communications at any time, free of charge, by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communications or contacting Homzhub in accordance with the section “Your choice and options relating to data collection and use” above. If you opt out of these communications, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your reservation or programme members communications, unless we are prohibited from doing so by applicable laws.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User identification and password for the corresponding account. All activities and actions, such as carrying out any online or off-line transactions involving credit cards/debit cards or other such forms of instruments or sensitive documents for making such transactions, performed by the user through his user identification shall be the sole responsibility of the user and Homzhub or its affiliates and subsidiaries, assumes no responsibility or liability for the improper use of information or any actions taken through the account.

When you use the Homzhub Platform, we make good faith efforts to provide you, as and when requested by you, with access to your personal information and shall further ensure that any personal information or sensitive personal data or information found to be inaccurate or deficient shall be corrected or amended as feasible, subject to any requirement for such personal information or sensitive personal data or information to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required.
In any case, where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Because of the way we maintain certain services after you delete your information, residual copies may be archived and may remain in our backup systems.
To create the personalized experience Homzhub or its affiliates and subsidiaries may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification to understand the user's individual interests using the Identified Computer. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive, the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply. On availing/ buying/ using Services from Homzhub, additional terms may be applicable which the users would be asked to review when they order/ instruct/ wish/ request to use such services. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or third-party services, third-party content or third-party software.
If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use the Platform or the Services.
Homzhub may change or update the Terms from time to time at our sole and absolute discretion with or without prior notice to the users, provided they do not materially affect your access to the Platform or the Services. Such changes will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms. We recommend you to review these Terms regularly for any changes and your continued use of the Platform and Services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Terms.
Please note that while the Platform is available for users to use from any part of the world, the offline Services that Homzhub provides are highly location specific. Homzhub has the right to decline a Service request made by a user asking for any of our offline Services at a particular location.
Homzhub would not perform any of the mentioned certain Service if expressly instructed by you, the user.
